RS789 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rs789 platform, including the website at rs789.vin, the mobile app, and all related services. By accessing any part of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with rs789 and confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, depositing players, and anyone participating in promotions or bonus programmes. Using any feature of the platform — whether browsing, registering, depositing, betting, or playing games — constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their current form.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be self-excluded or have requested account closure. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period will result in the new account being closed and all funds being held pending review.

RS789 may carry out identity verification checks at any point. Failure to pass these checks, or providing false information, will result in account suspension and may affect the availability of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one rs789 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same household — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonuses voided.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. RS789 will never ask you for your password via chat, email or any other channel. If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification

RS789 may request documents to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any stage. This is a standard process and is in place to protect all users. Accounts that fail verification or where requested documents are not provided within a reasonable time may be restricted.

4. Deposits

RS789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• RS789 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be reversed.
• RS789 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit before funds are released for wagering or withdrawal.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your rs789 account details.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant requirements have been met.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in your account at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are processed within a few hours during business hours.

General Bonus Terms

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus can contribute to a withdrawable balance.

Bonus Abuse

RS789 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

Promotion Availability

RS789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be affected by changes made after their opt-in, unless there is evidence of abuse.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets are final once confirmed. RS789 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error on our side.
